We offer a variety of classes to suit all needs, including Abhyasa (group yoga classes for all levels), Sadhana (personalized one-on-one sessions), Aarogya (yoga therapy for chronic conditions), and Sama (meditation classes).

Absolutely! Our classes, including AbhyasaSadhana, and Sama (meditation) sessions, are designed for all levels. Beginners receive guidance on foundational techniques, while advanced practitioners can explore more in-depth practices.

If you’re new to yoga or prefer a supportive group setting, Abhyasa is a great choice. For personalized attention tailored to your goals, Sadhana (1-on-1 classes) would be ideal. Most of our classes are 60 - 75 minutes. However, the duration may vary depending on the class type, your personal goals, and the level of practice.
