About Nature Pace Yoga

Where Tradition Meets Transformation

The Path of Yoga is Open to All

युवा वृद्धो अतिवृद्धो व्याधितो दुर्बलोऽपि वा।
अभ्यासात् सिद्धिमाप्नोति सर्वयोगेषु तन्द्रितः॥
No matter your age, condition, or experience,
consistent practice leads to transformation.

At Nature Pace Yoga, we believe yoga isn’t about how flexible you are; it’s about how connected you feel to yourself. Rooted in ancient yogic wisdom and open-hearted modern practice, we welcome everyone, beginners, seasoned practitioners, and all who seek healing and wholeness.

Here, yoga is more than a workout; it’s a way home. Through the time-honored principles of Abhyāsa (steady practice), Mumukṣutva (inner longing), and Chitta-Shuddhi (mental clarity), we offer a nurturing space to explore breath, movement, and meaning.

Whether you’re seeking calm, strength, focus, or spiritual growth, yoga meets you exactly where you are. You are welcome here. Just as you are.

Whether you seek calm, energy, or deeper purpose, yoga meets you where you are.
You are welcome here. Just as you are.

The Spirit of Nature Pace Yoga

We are Nature Pace it reflects our core vision: to guide each person into alignment with the natural rhythm of life. We are not here to rush toward postural perfection but to cultivate inner peace through authentic, rooted, and accessible yoga.

We honor the classical principles of Hatha Yoga, which emphasize the purification of body, breath, and mind to make space for stillness and self-realization. At the same time, we embrace the modern need for safety, inclusivity, and mindful progression

अष्टांग योग – The Eight Limbs of Yogic Living

1. Restraints - (यम) Yama

Live with integrity through non-violence, truthfulness, non-stealing, moderation, and non-possessiveness in all actions.

2. Observance – नियम (Niyama)

Cultivate inner discipline through purity, contentment, self-discipline, self-study, and surrender to a higher truth.

3. Posture – आसन (Asana)

Stabilize the body, strengthen your form, and prepare the self for inner stillness.

4. Breath Control – प्राणायाम (Pranayama)

Balance your life force by mastering the rhythm of your breath with awareness.

5. Sense Withdrawal – प्रत्याहार (Pratyahara)

Turn attention inward and disconnect from distractions to center the mind.

6. Concentration – धारणा
(Dharana)

Develop mental focus by anchoring the mind on a single point or intention.

7. Meditation – ध्यान (Dhyana)

Awaken peace through uninterrupted mindfulness and inner stillness.

8. Absorption – समाधि (Samadhi)

Merge with the divine essence within, transcending ego and illusion.

Our Mission अस्माकं मिशन्

Helping You Reconnect with Your Breath, Body & Inner Being

At Nature Pace Yoga, our mission is rooted in one purpose: to bring authentic, classical yoga into modern life in a way that is accessible, healing, and deeply personal. We offer more than movement; we offer a path back to balance. Whether it’s a quiet one-on-one session, a dynamic group class, or therapeutic support, we aim to meet every seeker where they are and walk with them toward strength, clarity, and inner peace.

Because yoga isn’t just what you do on the mat — it’s how you return to yourself, breath by breath.

अथ योगानुशासनम्

The key ingredient in any yoga path is Tapas the inner fire, the discipline to show up, again and again. With this fire, any one regardless of where they begin can progress toward Siddhi (mastery) and Moksha (liberation).

True yoga lies in inner transformation, not in robes or rituals. Without Viveka (discernment) and Shakti (inner strength), outer symbols are hollow.
As the Hatha Yoga Pradipika reminds us, the Atma (soul) cannot be fooled. It seeks truth, not performance.

Our Philosophy अस्माकं दर्शनम्

Yoga is not a passing trend — it's a way of life rooted in awareness, balance, and compassion.

Inspired by the ancient wisdom of yogic scriptures, we integrate āsana (physical postures), prāṇāyāma (breathwork), dhyāna (meditation), and philosophical reflection into every practice. Our approach is not about force or performance — it’s about cultivating inner stillness, healing from within, and honoring the journey at your own pace. Here, transformation isn’t rushed. It’s gentle, grounded, and deeply personal.

Led by Dheeraj Rathod, a certified yoga therapist with a Master’s in Yogic Science, each session is crafted to support healing over performance, presence over perfection, and sustainability over speed.
