With over 7 years of teaching experience, Dheeraj currently serves as an instructor at The Yoga Institute, actively contributing to its teacher training programs. His teaching integrates the depth of Hatha Yoga, the discipline of Ashtanga Vinyasa, and the therapeutic wisdom of Pranayama (Anulom Vilom, Bhramari) and Shatkarma (cleansing practices).

From guiding cancer patients at Balcony Medical Center in Raipur to leading International Yoga Day programs, Dheeraj creates sacred spaces for healing — where students can return to their breath, stillness, and inner balance.

Megha Jain is a certified yoga therapist with a special focus on *yoga for children and families*. With professional training from *The Yoga Institute, Mumbai*, and certification accredited by *the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India,* Megha brings a mindful, engaging, and age-appropriate approach to her classes.

She is the founder of *Tilak Yoga*, a community initiative that introduces children to yoga not just as physical movement, but as a way to build *focus, resilience, emotional awareness, and joy.* Megha currently teaches at *Besant Montessori School*, Juhu, India’s top-ranked Montessori, and also conducts regular kids’ yoga batches in the community.

With a background as a *Chartered Accountant (CA), Company Secretary (CS), and CFA (USA),* Megha’s journey into yoga began as a personal healing story—overcoming a severe spinal injury through consistent yoga practice. Her experience led her to discover her true calling in teaching, especially working with children to help them grow into calmer, stronger, and more connected individuals.

Her sessions are known for their creative structure, blending movement, breathwork, stories, games, and reflection—all tailored to the developmental needs of young minds.

Karina Valdez is a dedicated yoga teacher with over 900 hours of training, certified by Yoga Alliance. Her comprehensive training spans asanas (basic to intermediate), pranayama, meditation, and anti-stress techniques, offering a holistic foundation for mind-body balance.

She has further deepened her practice with studies in Shat Kriyas (yogic cleansing techniques) and Hindu philosophy, drawing from the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, the Bhagavad Gita, and Sankhya philosophy.

Karina also holds a 100-hour specialization in Pre and Postnatal Yoga from Arhanta Academy, and a certification in Ayurveda for Yoga Teachers (Kaivalyadhama Yoga Institute, SEP Mexico). Currently, she is expanding her expertise through Ashtanga Yoga 200 TTC training.
