At Nature Pace Yoga, we honor this deep connection between Prāṇa (life energy) and Chitta (mind). Our teachings are rooted in the wisdom that the breath is not just a function  it’s a bridge between your body and your inner stillness.

We don’t force the mind into silence. Instead, we guide you to observe the breath, refine its rhythm, and naturally bring the body-mind system into harmony. Rather than resisting restlessness, we embrace it  and gently lead it toward stillness.

Dheeraj Rathod

Lead Yoga Therapist – Nature Pace Yoga

With over 7 years of teaching experience, Dheeraj currently serves as an instructor at The Yoga Institute, actively contributing to its teacher training programs. His teaching integrates the depth of Hatha Yoga, the discipline of Ashtanga Vinyasa, and the therapeutic wisdom of Pranayama (Anulom Vilom, Bhramari) and Shatkarma (cleansing practices).

From guiding cancer patients at Balcony Medical Center in Raipur to leading International Yoga Day programs, Dheeraj creates sacred spaces for healing, where students can return to their breath, stillness, and inner balance.
